Bahrain Mobility International participates in the “Stay green” campaign

In interaction with the national campaign for afforestation “Stay Green” and in the belief in the community partnership with the civil and private sectors

In interaction with the national campaign for afforestation “Stay Green” and in the belief in the community partnership with the civil and private sectors, the Child and Maternity Welfare Society and the Bahrain Imternational Mobility Center in cooperation with the National Initiative for the Development of the Agricultural Sector, and with the generous support of Ghosn A Bahrain , organized two events to plant the headquarters of each association, in order to activate the role of private sector institutions Contributing to enhancing the green area and preserving the agricultural heritage.

The afforestation ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Child and Maternity Welfare Society, located in Isa Town, in the presence of Her Excellency Sheikha Maram bint Isa Al Khalifa, Secretary General of the National Initiative for the Development of the Agricultural Sector, Sheikha Hind bint Salman Al Khalifa, President of the Society, and a number of members of the administrative body. Enhancing environmental awareness In view of the health and climatic benefits that will result from enhancing the green area in the Kingdom, 49 trees and 40 plants have been planted.

Bahrain Mobility Intrnational center also interacted with the national campaign for afforestation “Dumm Green” by planting the headquarters with the participation of a number of children affiliated with the center and Sheikha Maram bint Isa Al Khalifa, Secretary General of the initiative and a number of members of the center’s administrative body, and this was done by planting 115 trees and 40 plants.

Sheikha Maram bint Isa Al Khalifa reviewed the reasons for the launch of the national campaign for afforestation “Do You Are Green”, which stemmed from the vision of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa to achieve a continuous renaissance of the agricultural sector and increase the green area in the Kingdom and contribute to the completion of municipal projects in greening streets public walkways and waterfronts and encourage all institutions and individuals to contribute to the development and perpetuation of the green area in the country.”
